Studies in reflection
Still water
Water becomes a canvas. Golden traces of light drift across a deep blue surface.

Light on architecture
Chromatic memory
Light bends around a quiet curve. Gold, bronze and pale blue turn architecture into a study of color.

Wind-shaped forms
Soft geometry
Drawn by the wind, held for a moment. Sand makes geometry feel soft.

Pages of the earth
Paper echoes
Stone folded like paper. Layers of time catch the light and turn into quiet pages.

Natural pigment study
Pigment bloom
Color opens from within. Petals hold the same soft gradients as pigment meeting water.

01 / A closer look
Nothing here stays still.
A reflection is never a copy. Light touches the water and becomes something else: a line, a fragment, a small interruption in an otherwise quiet blue.
This study follows that moment of change. The photograph supplies the surface; movement invites a second look. Gold and blue hold the composition together while the smallest ripple rearranges everything.
03 / A note on the interaction
The surface remembers every small disturbance.
Move across the opening image to send concentric ripples through the reflection. With reduced motion enabled, the photograph remains still.

A curve becomes a color.
Architecture gives light an edge to follow. A rounded facade turns a simple division between sun and shade into a gradual passage through gold, bronze and pale blue.
The study looks at the building as a field of color rather than an object. Repeated lines become a rhythm. Small changes in the light make a solid surface feel surprisingly light.
03 / A note on the interaction
Color is a way of remembering the light.
Move across the opening image to separate its color channels, like light passing through a prism. The effect follows the pointer and settles when it leaves.

Drawn by the wind.
The dune has no straight lines, yet its structure feels exact. Each ridge follows another, describing the patient movement of wind across a surface that is always ready to change.
Soft light makes the smallest variations visible. This study stays close to those transitions: the distance between a bright crest and its shadow, between a broad form and a fine grain.
03 / A note on the interaction
Even geometry can feel soft.
Move across the opening image to gently push and stretch the surface. The broad deformation borrows its character from clay rather than water.

The earth, in folded pages.
Sandstone keeps a record without words. Its layers turn, overlap and catch the light, making something heavy look as delicate as a sheet of paper.
The photograph moves between orange light and violet shadow. Following those colors reveals another scale inside the landscape: a crease, a page, a ribbon of time.
03 / A note on the interaction
Some stories are written in the folds.
Move across the opening image to create a travelling crease. Light and shadow separate along the fold, giving the photograph a paper-like surface.

Color opens from within.
A petal holds a whole range of color in a very small space. Deep magenta gathers at the center, then thins into pale pink along an edge that is almost translucent.
The study follows this slow opening. Repeated curves create depth, while the soft transitions recall pigment spreading through water: concentrated, then diffuse, never quite still.
03 / A note on the interaction
A small surface can hold an entire world of color.
Move across the opening image to create a soft swirl of color. Its flowing distortion echoes pigment meeting water, with the original photograph always underneath.
